Quality Standards

We Satyam Engineering Co. adopted International Standard for Dimensions and Tolerances for the Bearings we Manufacture.

Raw Materials Used by us are as follows:

• Bearing Rings : SAE 52100
• Rollers : EN 31
• Cage: Metal Sheet
• Heat Treatment : ORLIN Bearing races are hardened and tempered with 58 to 62 HRC maintained.
• Dimensions : ORLIN Bearing adopted International Standard for Dimensions and Tolerances.
• Finishing : The Raceway of both the Rings and Rollers are Super Finish Passed through Honing Process to achieve Super Micro Finishing.
• Inspections : ORLIN Bearing adopted high quality technique for inspection at various stages like raw-material, semi-finish and final assembly by well experience technical staff.
• Packing : Packing of bearings carried out in a systematic manner in 10-Ply Corrugatted Box so that it can easily reach the customer without being distorted.
